Growing Popularity of Krav Maga Among Women

Krav Maga, an Israeli self-defense system originally developed for military purposes, has been successfully adapted for civilian use in recent decades. This system is particularly popular among women due to its practicality and effectiveness in real situations.

Unlike traditional martial arts, Krav Maga emphasizes not sporting achievements or philosophical aspects, but the fastest and most effective neutralization of a threat. The techniques are designed with consideration that the defender may be physically weaker than the attacker.

The organizers hope that the event will attract a wide audience and help women in the region gain confidence and practical self-defense skills.
